  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided.

Note: Due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we do not accept returns on items that have been altered or customized.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Sale or Clearance Items: Products purchased during promotional sales or clearance events.

  • Hygiene-Related Products: Items such as innerwear or accessories that come into direct contact with the body.
